WHERE'S MY PRE-ORDER? / HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Orders are processed by the ship date listed on the product. Please note orders ship in 1-2 weeks. Orders that include items on pre-order will hold until all items are available to ship.

For an additional small fee we can split ship orders.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please allow 3-5 weeks for international deliveries. For questions or concerns about your international shipment, reach out to us via the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you've created an account you will be able to track your order within your account profile. 

For orders without an account profile, you can track your order once you receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number. All shipments are processed with USPS.

WILL I GET AN EMAIL WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Yes, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email including tracking. 

HELP, I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM!

Reach out to us via our contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. Please include pictures of the damages and your order number (starting with "ESTA-") and we'll make sure you are taken care of.

WHAT IS THE RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY?

All sales are final once shipped.
